About Us
 Coloured Rain (The Name)
Inspired by the painting of the same name by the renowned artist Basil Blackshaw.
Paradoxically the name is as simple or complex as the perspective the individual adopts, much like viewing a work of art itself.
The word colour is self-explanatory with its obvious links to Art and everything around us.
Rain being more subjective with a less obvious sense of connection but conjures up many thoughts and emotions such as transparency, reflection, life, and not least its predominance locally.
We are delighted to have the opportunity to make so many artists and ideas more accessible to people in this area.
Whatever your perspective we hope that you enjoy whatever we have to offer.
